a lil bit of clarity

sometimes, i complicate life.

sometimes, i think too hard about what is, what isn't, what could be and what should be.

call me a "should-er."

then, God simplifies it for me. it's usually quiet, passing, unremarkable. and therein lies the wonder.

last night, all it took was walking in the city i love. looking at the skyline i've adopted as home. thinking about the innumerable possibilities the future holds.

then, there was clarity.
